The Town of Windsor
The Town of Windsor allowed the Windsor Garden Club to create the Windsor Town Green Community Garden by leasing us the land and providing water for the site at the Civic Center Complex for a very nominal fee. Without the support of the Town of Windsor, the Town Council, and the Parks & Recreation Department, this wonderful community asset would not exist!
