Marigolds, Muertos & More in October 2024
The month of October is chock full of fun garden events, in Windsor and across Sonoma County. Come learn about what Marigold's mean in the history and culture of Mexico's Dia de los Muertos holicay at our Fall Open Garden at the Town Green Community Garden Oct. 26. Enjoy free children's activities and wander around the organic garden, and the new Community Pollinator Garden just outside the fence.
Or get some free compost at Keiser Park on Oct. 19. Or learn how to creat your own drip irrigation system at the Windsor Library. (It's a busy day). Be sure to head to Windsor's Farmers Market Sunday, Oct. 27, for the Pumpkin Festival and buy a Succulent Pumpken at the Windsor Garden Club table!
